These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Lunar Byte Studio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a video game development studio. By accessing or using our websites, products, and services, including but not limited to www.lunarbytestudio.com (the “Site”), our video games, and any related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site or using any of our products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Before downloading any of our games, you are required to read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or services. By submitting User Content, you grant Lunar Byte Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, distribute, modify, display, and create derivative works from such User Content in connection with the operation of our services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize us to use the User Content as described above. You are solely responsible for your User Content, and Lunar Byte Studio is not responsible for any damage or loss related to such content.

6. Purchases and Payments

By purchasing our games or other digital products, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and you agree to comply with the terms of use and policies of these providers. All prices are displayed in the local currency and may include taxes.

7. Refund Policy

Lunar Byte Studio follows a strict refund policy. Once a purchase is made and the game is downloaded, no refunds will be granted, regardless of playtime or user satisfaction. This strict no-refund policy is in place to protect our digital content and business model. If a game has been downloaded, any right to refund is automatically void.

However, the only exception to this policy is if the game does not launch or operate correctly on your device. In this case, you must notify us by email at contact@lunarbytestudio.com within 7 days of purchase, providing the following details:

  • A description of the issue
  • Device specifications (e.g., operating system, processor, memory)
  • Screenshots or error messages if available

We will assess the issue and determine whether a refund or technical support will be provided. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued at our sole discretion. Please note that failure to meet the technical requirements of the game or minor bugs do not qualify for a refund.

8. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If any of our services are provided on a subscription basis, you agree to recurring billing for the applicable fees on the schedule you select at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the subscription period.

9. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Site. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
